      • Created framed openings for custom windows, doors, and skylights as per architectural specs.

    • Plumbing Rough-In:

      • Laid out supply and drain lines across all wet walls.

      • Installed vent stacks and traps for both bathrooms and kitchen space.

      • Copper piping and ABS drain systems installed and inspected.

    • Electrical Prep:

      • Sleeved conduit and anchor points in framing to prepare for rough electrical.

“Watching our ADU come to life has been an exciting process. The team at FTR Renovation has been incredibly organized and fast—within a few weeks, we went from bare ground to fully framed walls and plumbing in place. Every time we stop by the site, there’s clear progress, and the crew is on it. You can tell they care about doing it right. We’re really impressed with how smooth it’s been so far and can’t wait to see it finished!”
